Today enjoy a full day at leisure in Rome. Known as the "Eternal City" for its influential role throughout European history, Rome is home to countless historical monuments, world famous art, architecture and ancient ruins. Perhaps take a stroll through the grounds of ancient Rome to view the Forum, the Colosseum and Pantheon. Admire the breathtaking grandeur of the Trevi Fountain and the majestic Spanish Steps, or sample some true Italian cuisine in one of the many excellent restaurants throughout the city

Day DAY 4: Full Day in Rome
Enjoy a second full day in Rome on your own. Be sure not to miss the artistic treasures of the city such as the Vatican Museum's collection of works by Raphael and Michelangelo, including the breathtaking Sistine Chapel. Stop by one of the several museums packed with artifacts from the ancient city, or take a walk through the numerous piazzas and marvel at the sculptural works on display in the open air

Day DAY 5: Embark Cruise

Day DAY 7: Full Day in Dubrovnik
This morning arrive in Dubrovnik at 8:00 am. Situated at the edge of the Adriatic Sea in the very south of Croatia, Dubrovnik is rich in history and natural beauty. With bays, beaches, steep cliffs and dense woodland areas, Dubrovnik's landscape is unexpected. Although severely damaged in the attack by the Serbs and Montenegrins in the fall of 1991, Dubrovnik's impressive medieval architecture and its beautiful Mediterranean landscape still remain. Set sail for Corfu at 6:00 pm

Day DAY 8: Full Day in Corfu
Arrive to Corfu, Greece at 9:00 am. Known as the "Emerald Island" because of its lush greenery and breathtaking beauty, Corfu is one of the hidden treasures of the Mediterranean. The second largest of the seven Ionian Islands, Corfu has a breathtaking coastline and a lush countryside filled with olive groves, cypress, lemon and orange trees. Perhaps hike to the top of Mount Pantokrator for a panoramic view of the island's natural beauty. Set sail at 7:00 pm

Day DAY 9: Full Day in Katakolon
Arrive in Katakolon at 7:00 am. This small, picturesque seaside town is located only a short drive away from Olympia, where the ancient Greeks held athletic games in honor of their gods. Today, there is an extensive archaeological site and a remarkable set of ruins which include a gymnasium and stadium. If you'd prefer to relax in town, visit one of the seaside cafes and admire the beauty of the Mediterranean while sampling some local mezes (Greek snacks) and sipping ouzo. Continue sailing at 3:00 pm

Day DAY 10: Full Day in Santorini
At 8:00 am arrive on the Greek Island of Santorini, known throughout the world for its stunning Red Beach, colorful sunsets, and whitewashed buildings along the sea cliffs. Its harbor, the island's distinctive caldera, was formed thousands of years ago by one of the most devastating volcanic eruptions in history. This event, which created the island's placid harbor, is believed to have led to the demise of the ancient Minoan culture and inspired several Greek myths. Set sail at 6:00 pm

Day DAY 11: Full Day in Kusadasi, Turkey
This morning at 7:00 am, arrive to the resort town of Kusadasi, Turkey. Renowned for its beaches and attractive view of the Aegean, Kusadasi is near to several historical sites including Ephesus, the Temple of Artemis and the House of the Virgin Mary. Set sail at 6:30 pm for Athens

At 9:00 am arrive to Piraeus, the historical port of Athens. Enjoy a full day at leisure to explore the city on your own. See the Acropolis and Pantheon, walk through the impressive temples and public buildings of Ancient Agora or do some shopping in the old Plaka district. Set sail this evening at 6:00 pm

This morning arrive in Messina at 7:00 am. Messina, located just three miles from the Italian mainland, is one of the oldest and culturally rich ports in Sicily. Although the town suffered an earthquake in 1908, the city has been rebuilt and refurbished, creating an interesting blend of traditional and modern architecture. See the world's largest astronomical clock in the Piazza del Duomo along with the town's main cathedral, first constructed in 1160, or make a wish by tossing a coin in the Fontana di Orione. Set sail this afternoon at 1:00 pm
